Women's Ministry Meeting

The topic of discussion they will be sharing with us is "Dealing with Difficult Relationships." In this session, we'll look at practical ways to apply biblical truths to our daily relationships, including our spouses, in-laws, children, and co-workers. The session will encourage one another and grow as believers in Christ, relying on the Holy Spirit's power.

In October we have Laurie Atkins returning to present her Musical Drama “Be Free”. Come out and witness the story of Mary Magdalene, a woman filled with 7 demons, who encounters Jesus’ forgiveness, healing and freedom. Mary becomes a follower and believer in Jesus as the Messiah. She witnesses a change in people as they hail him king one day, then watches him hang on the cross one week later. His only crime was the love he showed people. Three days later at the tomb she discovers his body is gone. Weeping, Jesus appears and entrusts her with the message - He has risen from the dead!

In September we will have Liz Russell share how aging is a journey rich with opportunities for growth and renewed purpose, a time to encounter changes and challenges in many areas of our life. Her talk uses a biblical framework to identify four key areas in our life; namely, our heart, soul, mind and strength. She will share where our help comes from as we age and captures a view of God's divine blueprint for aging.
